 Austrian like they "Wiener Schnitzel" at least on time a week, specially on Sunday lunch with family. 
In Austria every local restaurant have it on menu, "Schnitzel Vienna Art" when meat can be chicken, turkey or pork. They can be large, over whole plate. In upscale restaurant will have on menu "Wiener Schintzel" and it is Veal meat, and it cost much more for smaller serving size. 
It can be served with boiled potatoes, butter and fresh parsley.
Or old traditional Austrian "Erdepfel Salat", potato salad with vinaigrette, vegetable stock and seasoning. 
This dish is excellent for people who was in Austria and enjoyed Wiener Schnitzel or people who just would like to enjoy an Austrian Sunday meal. 
Ingredients - Schnitzel: Veal meat - flour - egg - home made breadcrumbs - salt - oil for sauteed fry 
Erdepfel salat / potato salad – potatoes - vegetable bouillon - fresh lemon juice - red onion – garlic -  -mpkin oil – salt – black pepper.
